Agreement

By using vintij.net or booking a VINTIJ service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.

Services and proposals

Energy Training, the Activation Campaign, and Artivist & Ambassador work begin with a conversation and a written proposal. Prices shown on the site are starting points. The scope, schedule, deliverables and full investment for your work are set in your proposal, and the proposal governs if it differs from anything on the site.

Deposits, rescheduling and refunds

• Deposit: a deposit holds your place and is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: sessions, calls and event dates can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. With less notice, the session may be counted as delivered.
• Work completed: sessions held and work already delivered are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: you may cancel future work at any time in writing. Any prepaid amount for work not yet started, beyond the deposit, is handled as stated in your proposal.
• If VINTIJ must cancel, you are offered a new date or a refund of amounts paid for the work not delivered.

Energy Training is educational coaching for personal growth. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. It does not replace care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or have a medical or mental health concern, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. You remain responsible for your own choices and results.

Business and funding guidance

Activation Campaign guidance on business formation, funding and land use is educational. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and no outcome, funding award or income is guaranteed. Confirm decisions with a licensed attorney or accountant where needed.

Events and ambassadorship

Performance, hosting and ambassadorship terms such as dates, fees, travel, rider and usage rights are set in your proposal or booking agreement.

Intellectual property

The VINTIJ name, logo, text, music, images and design of this site belong to VINTIJ LLC or its licensors. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy, resell or reproduce its content without written permission. Materials created for you are licensed as stated in your proposal.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links. VINTIJ may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Third party sites are governed by their own terms.

Use of the site

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, send spam through its forms, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

The site and services are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, VINTIJ LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
