Can I pay with equity or residency?
Yes, for capital-light builders when the project is aligned. It is agreed in the proposal.
Is funding guaranteed?
No. You learn legitimate funding methods and build a strong narrative, but no award, loan or income is guaranteed. Confirm legal and tax decisions with a licensed professional.
